General Update:
CoinDr beta version is now officially online. Since this month, BANCA team starts to upload new research reports for CoinDr beta version. As we have introduced in previous updates, those new reports mainly include advanced factor reports and behavioral analysis series of reports. In this month, we have already released the first issues for two of the beta version reports. More new reports are expected to meet the community in the following months. Again, although CoinDr has brought full BANCA token user case in alpha version, the enhancement in the beta version will surely boost user case for BANCA.
Our published reports are already showing more value for extra BANCA spent by VIP users. The advanced momentum report, which uses a modified momentum factor instead of the traditional momentum factor, the new factor constructed by BANCA team is showing much stronger results than the traditional momentum factors included in alpha version report. For example, historical portfolio shows an annualized alpha of 3.6% while staying almost market neutral with a 0.17 beta. It outperformed a similar long-short portfolio constructed by traditional momentum factor by more than 120% in cumulative return over the last three years. In the behavioral report of Defi market, we have concluded that the current Defi market has gone from low fragility to relatively high fragility. This means comparing to a few months before, the Defi market is more fragile and we should expect more volatility in the near future.
This month, we have published three research reports on CoinDr, including a new issue of Advanced Allocation Series (allocation strategy in main cryptos), the first issue of Advanced Momentum (modified momentum factor research) and the first issue of Defi market fragility (fragility report on Defi market).
